initial meeting
The first step towards working with us is determining if we are the perfect fit for you! After getting to know you online, we’ll determine if we’re the right match and then we’ll move on to the booking process!

Now let’s secure your date so that we can make this session a reality! We’ll send you a custom online booking proposal where you can review your package and pay your deposit to make everything officially official! We will also send you our style guide to help you plan and prep for things as best you possibly can!

PLANNING + CONSULTATIONS
We'll work with you to ensure your wildest dreams will come true and that we know which things are most important to you about your day. (All of them, we know!)

TIMELINE TALK
A few weeks out before your big day, we’ll start making sure that we’re completely prepared and ready for your close-up! We love creating custom timelines for our clients to ensure that you don’t miss out on your dream photos! Don't worry, we know how to create the perfect timeline for a photography-friendly day!

How far in advance should we book?
The sooner the better! We typically book out several months in advance - especially during the spring and fall, so the sooner you reach out to us, the more likely you are to secure your desired date!
Do you shoot digital or Film?
We shoot primarily digital. We provide digital files and professionally printed custom heirloom album options to all clients!
DO YOUR TRAVEL WITHIN THE US?
Our services are available both domestic and internationally. Contact us to discuss your details and we will create a tailored collection for your special day!
What type of photography sessions do you offer?
Our services are available for many different seasons of your life both professional, personal and intimate. We offer our services beyond weddings also, our services include family, senior portraits, headshot portraits, maternity, even boudoir!
What should we wear?
We've put together an exclusive Ashley Lynne Experience Guide that walks through outfit suggestions for each session type we offer, as well as what to expect before, during, and after our sessions. We even have a guide for our Bride & Groom, too!
Do you require a retainer?
All services require a 50% retainer to book, with the rest due by the time of your session.
What happens if it rains?
We adapt to all types of situations, rain or shine! If it rains on a wedding day, we simple adapt to make sure we cover everything you dreamed of!
If a session can be rescheduled due to inclement weather, we will reschedule or adjust to the circumstances. Don't stress, we will make sure to watch the weather closely and contact you of any concerns or suggestions we have before your special day!
Do you offer retouching?
Each image we deliver is color balanced, exposure adjusted, cropped, and straightened as needed. Portraits will receive minor blemish removal if needed. We do offer additional more extensive edits by request and those images are subject to an additional charge per image.
